  • HOW ARE BIKES SHIPPED?

    Your new bike is expertly assembled, tuned, and test ridden in our parking lot. We then remove the front wheel, pull out the seat post, and unbolt the front plate of the handlebar stem. Next we use copious amounts of thick bubble wrap and numerous multi-shaped cardboard inserts inside of the shipping box to make the bike impervious to damage in shipment. When your bike arrives, simply insert and tighten the seat post, reattach the stem face plate, and put the front wheel back on. Your bike will then be finely tuned and maintenance free due to pre-stretched cables, stress-relieved and double-tensioned spokes, and perfectly adjusted derailleurs and brakes.

  • WILL I NEED A BIKE SHOP TO TUNE MY BIKE?

    No. In fact, several times over the years, buyers have received a bike and mistakenly believed that special adjustments were needed. Without contacting us, they took the bike to the local bike shop, which invariably agreed that the bike ‘needed work’ and charged from $20 to $150 to correct ‘the problem.’ Don’t let this happen to you. Virtually every issue that we have ever been contacted about has been of the misunderstood and/or easily corrected type. (Usually requiring no tools or skill). If you are not 100% happy with any purchase, always call us at 800-579-8932. We will not be held responsible for bike shop ‘adjustments.’

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    Most items purchased from us including Bicycles that are listed on our site as ‘In-Stock, Ready-to-Ship’ may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date that the item was received.  Returned bikes  must still be in resellable-as-new condition.  Individual components must be unused/uninstalled, and in the original packaging.  Special-Ordered or Custom-assembled Bicycles (any that are not listed by us as ‘In-Stock, Ready-to-Ship’) in most cases are not eligible for a refund but if returned in new condition within 30 days of of the date that the bike was received by you, they can be exchanged for a full purchase-price credit toward any other bicycle that we sell. All bicycle returns require a call or email to us first, so that we can provide detailed packing instructions in order to insure that the bike will not be damaged in shipping.  We will provide a return authorization number which must be written on the outside of the package. Packages sent without R.A. numbers will be refused.  Returns are not allowed on labor, special ordered items, shipping, or close-out items.   If in doubt about any of the above, feel free to ask us for more details at any point before, during, or after your purchase.

     

  • DO YOU HAVE A LOW PRICE GUARANTEE?

    If you do find a nationally advertised competitor with a lower price, we will almost always match the lower price. Just call and ask.

  • WHAT IF I HAVE A WARRANTY ISSUE?

    If you feel that an item that you purchased from us may have a problem covered by a warranty, please give us a call. We will contact the manufacturer and provide you with an RA number and the manufacturer address. Most manufacturers will not ship repair/replacement parts directly back to the consumer. Once we receive your item, we will then ship it directly to you.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?

    You will be notified of the availability of products when you place your order. If any item is not on hand and ready to ship, we will tell you. Most components not in stock will be ordered from our supplier the same day. The item/s will be air shipped to us (at no extra cost to you) and then shipped out to you within one to three week days of the day you place your order. We normally ship only to the billing address of your credit card. If you have an alternate ship-to address, we will require you to call the phone number on the back of your card and have them list that ship-to address in the memo section of their computer.

  • DOES ADRENALINE CHARGE SALES TAX?

    We do not charge tax on any orders shipped outside of California. Shipments inside of California are taxed at a rate of 8%. For shipments outside of the USA, your national government will charge you import duty taxes of 15 to 30% of product value upon delivery to you. Check your government import duty website for exact rates. Because shipping for bikes and frames outside of the USA is priced based on size (not weight), we can also ship smaller items along with no extra shipping charges.

  • HOW CAN I PAY FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE USA?

    Canada, the UK, and any other countries whose laws allow merchants to call credit card providers and verify that ship-to addresses match billing addresses may pay by credit card. (If in doubt, call your credit card provider for verification.) All others must pay by bank wire transfer. (Just email us for our bank info, take it to your bank, and they will send a direct transfer from your account to ours.)

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

    We insure all packages at no extra charge to you, but the insurer requires that you point out damaged boxes to the delivery person, or immediately by phone if delivered in your absence. Do not discard the packaging! An insurance rep will be sent out to inspect the package prior to processing a claim. Shipping damage claims are paid directly to you by the shipping company.
