Ciocc was founded by master frame builder Giovanni Pelizzoli 60 years ago. Ciocc was his nickname (which, in the local dialect means poker faced, hence the Ciocc badge of four aces in a cross formation). Claudio Corti won the 1977 U23 World Championship on a Ciocc at San Cristobal, Venezuela. The Retro replicates the geometry and performance of that Rainbow Jersey winning Ciocc model.
